Directions: From the intersection of Hwy 49 and Hwy 1 at Walnut Corner , Arkansas, go north on Hwy 1 for 5.5 miles . Turn East on Phillips 240 and 2.3 miles to the T. Turn right and go south for 1/2 mile to the sale site. From Marianna, Arkansas, go south on Hwy 1 for 10 miles.
